“We have been using Datafreight for windows software as our chosen software provider since 2003. During 2014 we decided to invest in a web / Edi based system as our clients were looking for real time information. We therefore, moved to another service provider as DataFreight were still developing their DF.NET software.
With the new service provider we had to report all issues via an online system where the support operators would look at the issue once they had time and communicated via the online system, which added long delays to our operations…
During these two years, we lost the ability to troubleshoot any issues we encountered over the phone with the new service provider.
In 2016, we decided to look at Datafreight’s DF.NET software, which was not quite ready for release. Our company was the first to use the modules Imports, Exports, EMCS, NCTS and Forwarding in a “Live” environment. The Datafreight DF.NET software is very user-friendly, quicker than other software solutions, easy to customise any part of the software to our requirements, easy to produce clear reports and also offers a great solution to our need to electronically transfer sales and purchase figures into our accounting software. By switching back to DataFreight, we are now able to fully concentrate on growing the business.
The Datafreight software has always proved robust and has supported our companies 24/7 operational requirements. In times of need the support team has always been on the other end of the telephone line to troubleshoot any issues we’ve encountered.
